Challenge:
The Graham Companies wanted an online presence for their
planned community, Miami Lakes, but they were not sure
how to structure and present the plethora of information
about their community to the public. Their goal was to
have an easily manageable web site that would showcase
and promote their properties, increase leads to their
sales agents, provide improved communication with existing
residents, and equally promote the major property divisions
of the company. In nutshell, they were looking for a perfectly
effective web site design for corporate identity brand
building.
Advansiv Solution:
Advansiv, selected as Miami Lakes' web site design company
for this project, delivered a solution that would seamlessly
integrate the presentation of the major property divisions
of the Graham Companies while also following the current
corporate brand building guidelines and themes. One of
the key features of the site is the capability to allow
visitors to quickly locate properties they are interested
in, including apartments and commercial space by utilizing
the "My Places" functionality.
Advansiv's technical team coordinated with the current
IT staff at the Graham Companies by using the Microsoft
technologies that they are most comfortable with and that
would fit the requirements of the site going forward.
To ease the management of the site, our technical team
setup up the administration of all the properties, news,
and more all through Advansiv's convenient online Web
site Content Manager. The Web site Content Manager allows
for the individual divisions within the Graham Companies
to take control of the management of their own properties
and information in real-time straight through an Internet
Explorer web browser by simply filling out online forms.

and a functional web presence. By opening new lines of
communication between the Graham Companies Property Division
staff, prospects, and existing members of the community,
